Solid Wood Cabinet Construction

1. 1/2" birch furniture grade veneer core plywood side walls When 1/4" finish skins are requested for exposed ends, those sides become 3/4" flush sides. There is no particleboard contained in our cabinetry boxes. Our plywood is CARB2 compliant for restricted formaldehyde emissions.
2. 3/4" birch furniture grade veneer core plywood shelves. Wall cabinet shelves are adjustable with shelf pegs 1 1/4" apart. Base Cabinets come standard with one stationary half shelf.
3. 1/2" birch furniture grade veneer core plywood floor/bottom, precision-cut for structural integrity and consistent performance under weight.
4. 1/4" furniture-grade birch veneer plywood back, reinforced with solid 3/4" concealed mounting strips for secure and reliable installation. This proven construction method offers long-term strength while keeping the cabinet lightweight and easy to install.
5. 1 1/2" solid wood, pocket-mortised face frames for strength and long-lasting durability.

6. 110-degree opening, 6-way adjustable, soft-close concealed hinges for smooth operation, perfect alignment, and a clean, seamless look.
7. Our cabinet doors are crafted using traditional five-piece construction with durable cope and stick joinery. This classic method interlocks the stiles and rails for added strength, stability, and clean lines that stand the test of time. Whether you're going for a timeless shaker look or a more decorative profile, this construction ensures both beauty and long-lasting performance.
8. Doors are built with 5/8" solid wood center panels for raised panel styles, and 1/4" veneer core plywood center panels for flat panel styles.Available designs include Square, Arch, Cathedral, and Mitered profiles - offered in Flat Panel, Raised Panel, or Glass configurations.

Door Options: Square, Arch, Cathedral, Mitered. Available in: Flat panel, Raised panel, Glass.

Note: Undersized doors will be constructed as solid slab fronts.

9. 5/8" solid wood four corner English dovetail drawer boxes.
10. 1/4" furniture-grade veneer core plywood drawer bottom. Strong, smooth, and built to hold up beautifully through years of daily use.
11. We offer matching 5-piece or slab drawer fronts to suit your style, with options for full-overlay, standard-overlay, and inset cabinets. Note: Some mitered styles may require slab fronts for narrow inset drawers.
12. Full-extension, soft-close glides are a standard feature on all our drawer boxes, providing smooth, quiet operation and complete access to the contents. Built to handle up to 100 lbs, they combine durability with everyday convenience.

All Cabinets are Fully Assembled

Our Kitchen Cabinets are now available in Maple, Red Oak, Cherry, White Oak, and Hickory. Please note: White Oak and Hickory are not available with beadboard options, including our Dartmouth door style and beadboard plywood sheets.
