Unfinished Custom Cabinets

Most custom requests can be made as you add each cabinet to your cart. If you have a custom request you don't see available or would like to add further details just add your request(s) to the notes section at check out.
Any refunds or balances due will be addressed within 24 to 48 hours.

When you add notes to your order this will automatically place your order on hold. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your notes and make sure we are all on the same page before the order is released to production. If you forget to make notes on your order, don't worry. Just reply to your email confirmation to make your requests. You can also reply with pictures and sketches for clarification. These fully assembled cabinets are built with pre-finished furniture grade plywood so the interiors will be pre-finished unless otherwise requested.

If you need something more custom, just send us a picture of your rough sketch with dimensions.

• Extend Style: add 10% to cabinet price (Up to 6" ask if you need something different)
• Extend Top Rail: add 10% to cabinet price (Up to 6" ask if you need something different)
• 3/4 Flush Side: add 10% to cabinet price
• 3/4 Flush Back: add 40% to cabinet price
• 3/4 Flush Bottom: add 40% to cabinet price

• Base cabinets - full height doors, no drawers: Request "Full Height Doors" in notes section: No charge for modification.
• Base cabinets - no toe kick - 30" height with no toe kick: adds 15% to cabinet price
• Include feet for cabinets instead of toe kick: adds 35% to cabinet price
• Base cabinets - flush toe kick - 34 1/2" height with 6" bottom rail: adds 15% to cabinet price (Standard base cabinet height is 34 1/2" height with 4 1/2" tall recessed toe kick that is 3" setback)
• Toe kick drawers are push-to-open and soft-close for $207.00 each. You can request these in the notes section on each cabinet and we'll reach out to you for the balance due. Any qualifying sale will be applied to your upgrades. are $135.00 each, add $36.00 for Soft Close ($171.00 total)
• Rollout trays are adjustable height and can be added to any cabinet from the section "Cabinet Accessories".

• No doors/drawer fronts: Deducts 5% from cabinet price
• Ship doors and drawer fronts loose: No charge request. Adds 15% to cabinet price
• Add drawer(s): Adds $100 per drawer

• Change 1/2 Shelf to Full Shelf: Adds $20.00
• Upgrade drawer front from slab to be 5 piece with frame and center panel: Adds $20.00 per drawer front
• Remove Center Stile: Request "Butt Doors" in notes section. No charge modification
• Modify door frame size: add 5% to cabinet price

• Standard door frame is 2 1/2" - Select any frame size between 2 1/4 - 3 1/8 in 1/8-inch increments.
